Anthony drags Ojani Noa into divorce from Jennifer Lopes
April 21, 2012 / by Ryan Marc Anthony has taken divorce proceedings to an all new low. He's trying to milk Lopez's first husband Ojani Noa for dirt on Lopez.
According to a source close to Anthony's camp, Anthony believes Lopez spent time with Noa during their marriage. He also thinks that Noa has information regarding the possibility that Lopez has money stashed away in offshore accounts.
Anthony filed his divorce documents last week. He is seeking joint custody of their four year old twins, Max and Emme.
The source claims that, "Marc Anthony's lawyers are following up with allegations that Jennifer was seeing Ojani while married to Marc, before and after the twins were born. Jennifer would allegedly go to Ojani's Hancock Park house and spend time with him, without Marc's knowledge.Marc's attorney wants to review financial records and information that Ojani has as he believes JLo has money in offshore accounts. Ojani has extensive records still relating to his time with Jennifer. It seems that Marc is going after her money and it's looking like this could be a divorce battle royale."
After her failed relationship with Ben Affleck, Lopez married Anthony in 2004. The couple separated in July 2011.
It appears that this divorce could not only get completely nasty but may also be used as a revenge mechanism for ex-husbands to "get even". It also looks like Anthony may be trying to shift the focus away from his rumored affair with Jada Pinkett-Smith.
The source also touched on Ojani's motives for helping Anthony. "Ojani is basically homeless now and completely broke and unable to find work. He blames Jennifer for this because her lawyers have threatened to sue anyone who has hired or wants to hire Ojani, claiming that any public mention of Ojani being married to her in any form of publicity is a violation of their marital settlement agreement."

Holy hot mama! It’s crazy to think that Jennifer Lopez is 42-years-old. When the mother of twins hit the stage of American Idol on April 18th (Wednesday), she looked super sexy in her sleek Max Azria number. She may be sweet in the judges seat by she isn’t giving the guys any mercy with this outfit.
According to Us Magazine, JLo paired the bandaged style dress with nude colored high heels and a Pomellato ‘Tango’ 18K Rose Gold bracelet. There is no doubt that Jennifer looks amazing and when the judges gave Joshua Ledet a standing ovation for his soulful song choice, she shined beautifully next to Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler. You have to hand it to her for these daring style choices!
Singer Jennifer Lopez, pictured, spiced up a 2011 ad for the Fiat 500. Can Spice Girl Victoria Beckham do the same for Land Rover?

Land Rover to Fiat: We'll see your J-Lo and raise you by a Spice Girl.
In conjunction with the 2012 Beijing auto show, luxury carmaker Land Rover North America says it will lift the wraps Sunday on a Victoria Beckham Special Edition version of its Range Rover Evoque.
The Insider will be curious to see how VB's promo for the Evoque does, compared with Jennifer Lopez's ad for the Fiat 500. In her commercial for the tiny 500, Jenny cruises the block, apparently unconcerned by a dearth of room for her junk in the trunk.
April 19, 2012 / Jennifer Lopez and her son Max make a quick stop at a gas station on Sunday (April 15) in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
The 42-year-old entertainer and the rest of the American Idol judges were shocked last week when frontrunner Jessica Sanchez found herself singing for her life and used their one save to keep her in the competition.
Jen seemed to be having a stress-free weekend tweeting, “Relaxing in bed thinking about you guys and hoping you are all having a great Saturday night!! Sending #LOVE! to all the #LOVE!RS out there!”

JLO Star is back, so the non-stop updating continues :)
News from April 13, 2012:
Marc Anthony Files for Divorce from Jennifer Lopez
Bringing the curtains down on their seven-year long marriage, early this week, Latin pop singer Marc Anthony filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
The petition in Los Angeles Superior Court cites irreconcilable differences as the ground for divorce. The couple had announced in July that they were planning to split up.
Filing under his real name, Marco Muniz, Anthony has also asked for joint legal and physical custody of the twin children Max and Emme, aged 4 years. Lopez was listed in the documents as Jennifer Muniz
Anthony also asked the court to ignore requests from Lopez for spousal support. Considering that Jennifer Lopez is currently making about $12 million only from ‘American Idol’ she is hardly in a position to ask for ‘support’ anyway. But Anthony is not keen on leaving things to chance.
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony had married after Lopez’s engagement to actor Ben Affleck had broken and Anthony divorced former Miss Puerto Rico, Dyanara Torres. The coupled married in 2004.
Lopez and Anthony continue to work together and appearing together on the television talent show “Q’Viva! The Chosen.”
Their relations and the divorce seem amicable, and Lopez is already dating 25-year old Casper Smart, while Anthony is dating Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima.
Both Lopez and Anthony have expressed to the media that the divorce has made them closer and they are getting along better than ever! Their friends report that since the split they have been co-parenting with minimal issues. That’s a great reason to get a divorce truly – your bonding becomes stronger. Maupassant’s doctrine of ‘marriage kills love’ could be logically extended to mean divorce rekindles love, of course.
This one would be the third for Jennifer Lopez who has already married and divorced Ojani Noa, dancer Cris Judd before Anthony. Significantly her new boyfriend is also the dancer with whom she recently filmed the hot number ‘Dance Again.’

There was some talent in Pittsburgh on last night's episode of "American Idol" -- where Jennifer Lopez already found one singer she thinks "could win."
J.Lo's praise went to 24-year-old Hallie Day, who revealed in her audition interview that she once was so depressed she swallowed a "bottle of pills" and landed in the E.R.
She has since cleaned up her act with the help of her husband, Ryan -- who persuaded her to audition for the show.
Emotional story aside, Day had some serious talent too, impressing the judges with an amazing version of "I Will Survive."
After the auditions were done for the day, Lopez told Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler"She could win."
The show started with Korean immigrant Heejun Han, who, after shaking off some early jitters, sang a tender yet powerful version of Michael Bolton's "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You."
Also standing out last night was 15-year-old Eben Franckewitz ... who looked like a younger Justin Bieber. Lopez said he was "cute" before he even sang and added more praise after, telling him "some people just born with it ... I think you're one of those people." He's going to Hollywood!
Then there was Reed Grimm, who we showed you a sneak peek of the other day, who sang the "Family Matters" theme song. The judges loved it just as much as we did.
January 23, 2012 / by Ryan Steven Tyler caused his fellow American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez to scream in shock after discovering the rocker taking a dip in a Las Vegas swimming pool in the nude.
The talent show personalities headed to the Wynn Las Vegas resort last week to film an upcoming episode of Idol and they took time out of the shoot to catch a performance of the venue's in-house show Le Reve - The Dream, which features artists dancing underwater.
The show prompted Tyler to later shed his clothes and go skinnydipping in the hotel pool, but his nude swim caught Lopez by surprise.
During a joint appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday, Idol host Seacrest explained, "We flew back from Vegas last night, we were shooting an episode there of Idol... and at the end of a final performance from a contestant, I heard this scream from Jennifer Lopez and I looked up and she was standing over the Le Reve pool. It's a water show, so she's standing over the edge and screaming, looking down at a naked body in the water!"
The nude culprit was identified on the talk show as Tyler and he laughed off the incident with a quip about trying to bed Lopez with his saucy stunt.
Tyler joked, "Hey, I'm from Boston! I love water... Well I sat at La Reve all week and I just thought, I've watched the show all week and I'm a water guy and... I just wanted a good excuse to take my clothes off in front of J.Lo."
Asked what he expected Lopez to do, he burst into song, singing the chorus of Frank Sinatra's High Hopes: "'Cause we had, high hopes...!"
But Tyler insisted he wasn't embarrassed by the incident - because he loves teasing Lopez.
He added, "I live to try to make her blush, I live for it, oh yeah!"
"Amigas, Inc." and "The Ricardo Laguna Project" are among the new television series premiering later this year on Tres.
January 23, 2012 / by Ryan Jennifer Lopez and Wilmer Valderrama are teaming up with Tres: MTV, Musica y Mas (formerly MTV Tres), the cable network targeting the Hispanic millennial generation.
Additionally, the cable net has given the go-ahead on a docuseries centered on former RBD singer Dulce Maria and has renewed originals Quiero Mis Quinces, Quiero Mi Boda, Rock Dinner and La Escalera.
Lopez will serve as executive producer along with Simon Fields and Jane Startz (Ella Enchanted, Tuck Everlasting) onAmigas Inc., an aspirational eight-episode television series that chronicles the lives of four entrepreneurial Miami teenagers who launch a party-planning business to throw their perfect Quinceneras (comparable to a "Sweet Sixteen"). Startz created the Amigas, Inc. book series and characters, which were inspired by Lopez.
The series, which will launch in the fall, comes from Lopez's Nuyorican Productions, Jane Startz Productions with United Entertainment also taking on a producing role.
“I’m so excited to bring the Amigas series to television and to share the rich cultural experiences of being a Latino that are universal to us all,” said Lopez. “I hope that this series will entertain audiences and inspire my fans to pursue their own dreams.”
Valderrama will executive produce the docuseries The Ricardo Laguna Project, centered on the Mexican-American BMX champion Ricardo Laguna that he discovered. The niche cable network has ordered eight half-hour episodes to premiere in March.
“When I met Ricardo, I immediately discovered a disarming, charming and inspiring young man with a vision larger than even his whole family expected. I related to him on so many levels. Ricardo and his family remind me and all of us the reason why we move away from our countries and come to America to embark in the search of the American dream,” said Valderrama.
The Ricardo Laguna Project will offer a glimpse inside the life of Laguna as he attempts to break three world records, begin his own family business and balancing his family and Las Vegas social life.
Lopez has been making splashes with programs targeting the Hispanic audience. She andMarc Anthony are behind Univision's talent show Q'Viva: The Chosen premiering Jan. 28 and touted the upcoming series at the winter Television Critics Assoc. press tour earlier this month.
Other projects heading to Tres are the 10-episode, hourlong series Dulce Maria: Extranjera, chronicling the former RBD singer's struggles as she attempts to make it in Hollywood after experiencing success in Latin America. The series will premiere in July.
Telenovela Bienvenida Realidad, from Cadena Tres, Argos Communications and Sony TV in Mexico, will begin its 120-episode run beginning February.
The Miami-based Tres is owned by Viacom International Media Networks and reaches 33.6 million households.
January 23, 2012 / by Ryan Jim Carrey's daughter Jane is setting her sights on becoming the next American Idol.
The new mother was revealed as a contestant on the show on Sunday night (22Jan12) when she took part in the pre-taped auditions in San Diego, California.
Carrey performed Something to Talk About in front of judges Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson who all voted her through to the next round of the current competition.
The young singer confessed she has found it hard growing up as Jim Carrey's daughter, stating, "It is difficult kind of growing up in the shadow of something and trying to find your place in the world underneath this huge shadow."
Lopez in particular was stunned when she hit the audition stage onboard the U.S.S. Midway - because she was a dancer on Carrey's comedy show In Living Color when Jane was a baby.
The pop star cooed, "I remember you when you were little. Do you remember me? I was one of the Fly Girls."
Carrey responded, "I think I was, like, two."

Despite a few of the usual bombs during American Idol's season 11 premiere on Wednesday night, the judges seem quite pleased with their lineup of contestants.
"I think the stakes ... each year it gets better and better,"Jennifer Lopez said in a recent press conference. "We have so many amazingly talented artists this year."
Randy Jackson was particularly impressed by the show's teenage hopefuls, saying, "That under-20 crowd is stronger than ever."
J.Lo added that even those that the judges weren't 100-percent sure would thrive in the competition are now surprising them "beyond [their] wildest dreams."
"They also seem to have the whole package,"J.Lo raved. "They understand that there's a performance that needs to be there. They understand that they have to dress a certain way ... They're like little pop stars in a box."
Check out part two of the American Idol season premiere Thursday at 8/7c on FOX.

Faux-commercial shows J-Lo ad intercut with imagery of protests in Iran.
January 23, 2012 / by Ryan Jennifer Lopez is having more car trouble.
The group, United Against Nuclear Iran, released a statement Friday and an online parody of the "American Idol" judge's "My World" Fiat commercial, urging her to cut ties with the group because of their business ties to Iran.
The faux commercial features the J-Lo ad intercut with bloody imagery of the protests in Iran. A narrator, immitating J-Lo, says, "Fiat and the brutal Iranian regime … or the people of Iran. I hope concerned citizens don't make me choose."
In an open letter to Lopez, the organization's company wrote that by endorsing the car company the pop star was "serving as a spokesperson for a company that freely does business with a regime that is developing an illegal nuclear weapons program, financing and sponsoring terrorist groups including al-Qaeda, has killed American and NATO soldiers and is recognized as one of the world's leading human right's violators."
American sanctions against Iran prohibit American citizens from exporting most goods and services to the country in response to their suspected nuclear activities. Many other countries around the world also limit their business-dealings with Iran for similar reasons.
The Fiat commercial proved troublesome for Lopez when it debuted a few months ago.
The ad shows Lopez driving through what's supposed to be the South Bronx, where the singer grew up. But it was later criticized after it surfaced that J-Lo shot her scenes in Los Angeles, and a body double was used to make it appear as if she was back in the ‘hood.
January 22, 2012 / by Ryan Ryan Seacrest called it a "hot streak," and "one of the best starts we've ever had," on Wednesday's season 11 premiere of American Idol. The host joined returning judges Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson in Savannah, Ga., where 42 singers received golden tickets to Hollywood.
There were talented singers like Lauren Mink, who gave Jennifer"goosies" when she sang "Country Strong." And there were horrible singers, like Jessica Whitely, who botched "In This Song" by Charice and promised to return to audition in Texas, despite being told she was "awful" by the judges.
There were typical Idol antics: Shaun Kraisman, a contestant whose voice was mediocre, looked and sounded exactly like Seacrest. West African country singer Mawuena Kodjo had no hope of pleasing the judges with his heavily accented performance of "I Won't Let Go" by Rascal Flatts, but after Jackson rejected him, Seacrest took him out onto the streets of Savannah to seek approval of strangers. They returned to the judges' chambers with an old man and four little girls, who nodded when the host asked if he should be given a ticket to Hollywood. Maybe he'll be the next William Hung?
And there were touching backstories from talented contestants – ones to watch in the coming rounds of competition:
Amy Brumfield, who is unemployed, told the judges about having to live in a tent outside Gatlinburg, Tenn. "I'd rather be outdoors and happy than indoors and miserable," she said, dressed in clothes given to her by her boyfriend's mother. She sang "Superwoman" by Alicia Keys and blew the judges away.
W.T. Thompson, whose wife was 6½ months' pregnant, quit his job in a federal prison in Appomattox, Va., to audition. He sang "Boondocks" by Little Big Town, and though the judges weren't particularly impressed with his voice, Lopez saw a "twinkle in his eye," and he convinced her and Randy to let him move on to Hollywood.
Ashlee Altise, a sales associate from Kinston, N.C., "joy-hopped" into the studio promising "funk, energy, confidence." And she delivered personality, smiles on the judges' faces, a soulful version of "Come Together" by The Beatles.
Phillip Phillips Jr., who works in his father's pawnshop, sang a bluesy, growling version of Stevie Wonder's "Superstition." "It's like you have electricity going through your body," Lopez told him. Then, invited by Randy, he picked up his guitar to perform an almost unrecognizable version of "Thriller." The judges applauded, calling him "amazing" and "a true artist."
Don't be surprised if you hear him sing it live in the final rounds of American Idol's season 11.

They've still got each other, babe.
In their new show Q'Viva! The Chosen, Jennifer Lopez says that she can work with her ex Marc Anthony just like another famous showbiz couple did after their breakup.
Their relationship is "very Sonny and Cher after the divorce," Lopez jokes in the premiere episode, which was screened Thursday for reporters at the Soho House in Los Angeles.
"Really?" Anthony replies.
The first episode of the talent search, which was announced before their split but produced afterwards, shows Lopez, 42, and Anthony, 43, relaxed and playfully sparring while checking out talented performers in Puerto Rico.
After Anthony becomes smitten with two beautiful and busty twin sister dancers, Lopez gently chides him, "Let's keep the integrity of the show together."
Lopez and Anthony have filmed the series together and separately across Latin America in what their production company is calling a "docu-journey."
Q'Viva! The Chosen will premiere Jan. 28 in the U.S. on Spanish-language network Univision, with an English-language version expected to come to Fox later this year. It will also air in 20 countries in Latin America.
