Jennifer Lopez told extra.tv host Mario Lopez, that she may be leaving the dance tracks behind and returning to her edgier hip-hop sound with the singer hoping that working with Chris Brown on her next album will bring back the “Jenny From The Block” era. “Yes, when we were in the studio, writing songs and just getting that 'Jenny from the Block' flavor back,” J.Lo told Mario Lopez on Extra about working with Breezy. “We actually worked on a bunch of [title] ideas... and we talked about doing a duet together for his album. Every time I get a new song I'm like, 'Oh, that could be a new title for the album'.”

The entertainer is also moving up the music charts with her catchy song Dance Again. Fox All Access spoke to Jennifer Lopez backstage at American Idol, and she talked about her song.

“I’m working with … Capser Smart,” she shared during a press conference in Hollywood Monday, where she announced the tour along with co-headliner Enrique Iglesias. “We have a lot of choreographers working with us. It’s going to be an amazing, amazing show.”
Even more amazing? Hopefully, the fashion! “Zuhair Murad is going to do all my costumes,”Lopez revealed, adding that plans are still in the works. “We’re still thinking about [the looks].”
However, there is one must-have on the list: “There is a cape planned for the show,” she revealed. “It’s not a Wonder Woman cape. You’ll have to come to the show to see it.”
This project won’t be a stretch for Murad, who designed Lopez’s white gown (and cape!) for the Golden Globes earlier this year.
A brand loyalist, Lopez has turned to the Lebanese designer for many other major fashion moments, including the 2010 Met Gala (“People were crying,” Murad told New York of her gown), her 2011 album launch event and the 2012 Oscars (twice!).
Murad is no stranger to dressing Lopez for the stage either: he created a spider web-inspired bodysuit for her for a Los Angeles concert last year.

Pop singer Jennifer Lopez announced that she will be premiering her new music video "Follow the Leader" exclusively on Twitter Thursday.
Lopez posted a note on Facebook that told fans to follow her on Twitter (@Jlo) for a tweet with the video.
This isn't the first time that Lopez has used social media to debut new music. In March 2011, she launched a campaign to encourage fans to "Like" her new single "I'm Into You" on her Facebook Page to receive access to the tune before it's official iTunes release.

The 'American Idol' judge has made JenniferLopez.com a new online community featuring a 'backstage pass' so fans can get closer than ever to her when she hits the road.
Registered users will get free access to the site's 'Tour Feed' section, which will feature ticket giveaways for each show, interviews, messages, photos and more behind-the-scenes content from backstage.
Fans will also be able to post messages to Jennifer and to one another, and be guest bloggers.
The 'On the Floor' singer will use the site to unveil everything that goes into a big tour - everything from costumes to sets to dancers to singers.
She will share her tour diary and encourage fans to write in with their own experiences and share their favorite songs, costumes, dances and more.
Although she is yet to announce her tour dates, the mother-of-two is expected in many many around the globe this summer.
Jennifer, 42, is currently involved in the final stages of 'American Idol' and will focus on her music career once the run ends.

Earlier today Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias made the exciting announcement that they will be joining forces for a summer tour along with Latin duo Wisin Y Yandel. Shortly after, the music superstars sat down for an intimate Q&A with their devoted fans. "I think it's going to be one of the most historic tours ever," Lopez beamed to the excited crowd of the nationwide, 20-city extravaganza. "I don't think that there has ever been something like this that these Latinos have come together like this as family, international. English and Spanish. I just think it's very groundbreaking."
"Jennifer and I are working on something that hopefully we'll be able to go on tour," teased Iglesias.

May 1, 2012// by Ryan Jennifer Lopez is being sued by her former personal driver ... who claims the singer's powerful manager Benny Medina HUMILIATED him ... and destroyed his career.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Hakob Manoukian claims he started driving for J.Lo and Marc Anthony in 2005 ... and over time they loved him so much, they convinced him to shut down his company and work exclusively as her personal Head of Security and Transportation.
Hakob claims J.Lo agreed to pay him more than $200,000 per year.
But according to the suit, things went south when Lopez began filming "What to Expect When You're Expecting" in 2011 ... that's when Hakob claims he was forced to spend time with Benny Medina.
Hakob -- who was born in Iraq -- says Medina hated his guts from the start ... claiming Benny would often rip him for the way he dressed, cussed him out in public and told him "he could not speak English well enough."
Hakob claims Medina eventually persuaded Lopez to demote him ... taking away his security responsibilities .... and relegating him to "merely be Lopez's Los Angeles driver."
Hakob says he was basically forced to resign -- and now he's suing J.Lo and Benny for unspecified damages.
Medina tells TMZ, Manoukian was a "disgruntled employee who chose to quit."
