Jennifer Lopez has said it would be a "blessing" to be a mother once again and added that she was open to adopting a child.

The 42-year-old singer and actress revealed details about how she fared during her pregnancy with twins Emme and Max, who have just turned four, the physical changes she experienced, and how motherhood changed her life in a meeting with the press in Los Angeles to present her latest film, this one based on the best-seller about pregnancy "What To Expect When You're Expecting". "I want them to be well, that is the main thing for me. The rest will come later. I'm going day by day," Lopez, who said she had "my hands full" with raising her children and was relying on the support of "a big family", said Saturday.

The artist is currently preparing a summer tour of North America with Enrique Iglesias and the duo Wisin and Yandel, and is a panel member on two television shows, "American Idol" and "Q'Viva! The Chosen, on which she works with ex-husband Marc Anthony, the father of her children, and to all of this may be added the May 18 screening of the new film. "I'm a little tired," Lopez said.

The actress said she was happy with how things are going when she spoke in the presence of cast members Cameron Diaz, Elizabeth Banks, Anna Kendrick, Wendi McLendon-Covey and the author of the book, Heidi Murkoff. "What To Expect When You're Expecting" is an ensemble film that tells the stories of several different pregnancies, as gathered in Murkoff's popular work. In the film, Lopez is in a relationship with Brazilian Rodrigo Santoro and together they decide to begin legal procedures to adopt an Ethiopian boy.

The singer said that her role in the film opened her eyes to adoption, something that she had never thought about before. Lopez divorced Anthony in July 2011 after seven years of marriage. She had given birth to their twins in February 2008.

One Direction hunk Harry Styles has allegedly said that fellow band member Louis Tomlinson has insured his bottom.
According to the Daily Star, Harry spoke about it during a recent 1D band rehearsal. He said: "Louis has insured his bum just like J.Lo. We support him and so does his family.”

We aren't sure whether Harry Styles is having a little joke with us, after all we know how much the boys like to mess around.

Louis Tomlinson added that their bodyguards have been doing their best to protect the lads, but 'passionate' fans have touched them 'in some unusual places'. He said: "Some would call our fans crazy, but we feel they are passionate. Some of the lads have been touched in some unusual places. “Our bodyguards can only do so much. No-one has sustained any injuries yet, but you never can be too careful.”

Maybe insuring your bum isn't such a bad idea after all Louis!

You never know what fate's going to deliver. That's the message of the new film What to Expect When You're Expecting. Here’s a sneak peek of what the film's leading ladies have to say in our June issue.

On feeling pressured to have kids:
Cameron Diaz: "I'm sure a lot of people would expect that I would have had a child by my age. But it's not what I've wanted out of my life thus far. We still live in a largely chauvinistic world. There's a box people put themselves in, and when you [live] outside of it, that makes them uncomfortable--they have to look at themselves and question their own choices."

On making it work, day to day:
Jennifer Lopez: "My sanctuary is my bathtub. That's really the only time I get to myself. It's usually around 15 or 20 minutes, but for me, those minutes are like heaven on earth. Sometimes I even say a little prayer while I'm in there. I'm like, 'Lord, help me get through this day!'"

On whether or not there's a "right" time to get pregnant:
Elizabeth Banks: "I definitely don't think [you have to wait for] a right time. I mean: Why wait? The Chinese believe that if you have a baby, what you want comes together even better. You just do it, and make it work."

This summer is gearing up to be a hot one for Jennifer Lopez, who tells USA TODAY that she's already in heavy prep for her tour with Enrique Iglesias this summer. "I'm already working out," she told us, while at the Four Seasons promoting her film, What to Expect When You're Expecting (out May 18), with co-star Rodrigo Santoro. "You have to train. Talking about going on six months of (touring), it's daunting, it's like whoa. It's exciting but it's still scary. Also, I've never done it before, so this will be my first time I've been on a world (tour)." In between American Idol and her other projects, "there's a lot of dance rehearsal," said Lopez. "We're revamping all the numbers so they feel fresh and new. We're doing all new arrangements for the songs – but not going too far away from the originals, because people go to see what they love so you don't want to change it too much." Plus, she says that she and Iglesias are cooking up some hot surprises for fans. "Oh yeah," she grinned. "We plan on doing some special things for the fans. We're actually working on this really good song, a new song right now." The famous mom will keep 4-year-old twins Emme and Max close while on the road. "The kids will be on tour," she confirms. "I'm really excited about the prospect of taking the family on the road and going and singing my songs and dancing my dances. It's all kind of romantic in my mind." And overall, Lopez says times are good. "I feel like I'm at a really good place in my life. I do. I feel like work is great, (and) the babies are doing well, most importantly."

Jennifer Lopez's much younger lover, Casper Smart, has alerted his friends that he intends to dump the star by the end of the summer, sources reveal to OK!.

The cocky 25-year-old dancer — who reportedly receives a whopping $10,000 per week in pocket money — has promised the smitten diva that he's up for wedding bells and babies. But behind the scenes he's telling pals a completely different story, insiders say. "He sees Jennifer as a passport to the big time but says he has no intention of staying with a woman who's already 42," says one source who knows the couple. "Jen isn't even his type."

Sources say Casper revealed his intentions to compatriots on a recent trip home to Anaheim, Calif., where the chiseled playboy hails from.

And while the 17-year age difference is playing a part, those close to the hunky hoofer and wannabe actor say the media swarm surrounding J.Lo is really what's driving his decision to drop the diva this summer. "Listen, he had a blast in the early days, but now the whole J.Lo circus is starting to wear him down," a pal says. "He's completely over being a boy toy — it's humiliating for him. He feels emasculated, and he can't wait to be his own man again. It wouldn't be a surprise if he does what he's threatening to do and finally dumps her."

But those close to J.Lo say they can see through that, and note that since he's been with the American Idol judge, his main focus is to launch his movie career — and is using J.Lo to make those dreams come true.

Now that the relationship of Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend Casper Smart appears to be stronger than ever, does the pop star possibly have more babies on the brain? "It would be a blessing," Lopez, the mother of 4-year-old twins, Max and Emme, told PEOPLE about the prospect of having more kids. "Every day … they just bring so much joy and happiness to your life, [and] they just bring you right back down to earth."

But as the star of the new movie What to Expect When You're Expecting, who's been juggling her American Idol duties while preparing for her upcoming tour, also admits: "I've got my hands full."

Besides, being a single mom is never exactly easy.
"There's the guilt that comes along with it," Lopez said. "You leave and they go, 'Don't go to work, Mommy!' "
So how has the star – who last year split with husband Marc Anthony – managed to balance it all? By putting her twins first. "That's my philosophy. So as long as that's … working in the right way, then I can dedicate whatever time I need to dedicate to my career," she said. "You just do the best you can, and say no when you have to say no."

And, fortunately, she hasn't had to do it entirely alone. "I have a lot of great people in my life who help … at work and at home," she said. "I have a great family – so all together – we do it. It takes a village."

Jennifer Lopez wants to marry her boyfriend Casper Smart, according to reports.

The 42-year-old singer is thought to be ready for a fourth trip down the aisle after announcing that she was parting ways with Marc Anthony last July.

A source told Us Weekly: "She's telling friends she wants to marry Casper. She's certain she wants to be with Casper forever."

At a press conference for her upcoming world tour with Enrique Iglesias and Wisin Y Yandel, Lopez announced that her partner of six months will play a vital part in putting her show together as co-choreographer. "I'm working with [choreographer] Jamie King, and also Casper Smart. It's going to be an amazing, amazing show," she confirmed.

Lopes added that the event will be "one of the most historic tours ever," saying: "There's never been something like this, where Latinos come together like this... It's international - English and Spanish. "I just think it's very groundbreaking. I was honoured to be asked to be a part of it."

Jennifer Lopez plays a woman with fertility issues who turns to adoption in her new film "What to Expect When You're Expecting," and she told Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson on Friday it changed her own outlook on adopting. "I don't know," Jennifer said, when Shaun asked if adoption would ever be in the cards. "Before this movie, it wasn't something that had occurred to me. But after this movie, yes, I could see myself definitely doing it and being open to it for sure," she continued. "You know what I mean? Whereas, before I never thought about it really."

In the film, Jennifer plays Holly, opposite Rodrigo Santoro's Alex, as the couple who deals with multiple relationship issues as they engage in the adoption process.

Working with the twins, who play their adopted children in the film, was a moving experience for the actress, whose own twins --- Max and Emme - were barely 3 when she shot the project. "The babies were still, I mean, they were 3 at the time when we were doing the movie, so the memories were fresh in my head of being pregnant, and then I didn't have to do it and I had to do something totally... different than I had ever experienced," Jennifer told Shaun. "But it was funny, the adoption thing. When I held the baby for the first time -- our baby in the movie, and they were twins, they were two little twin Ethiopian boys, who, their parents went through a similar thing, and actually have adopted before, and so we got to talk to them a lot about it too. But when you hold that baby, you can really see how easy it is to just love another child that is not yours," Jennifer said. "Really, such a simple thing."

The 42-year-old singer and "American Idol" judge told reporters at a recent press conference that her beau will serve as one of several choreographers. Smart, 25, worked as her backup dancer when the two began dating in the fall of 2011, months after she announced her separation from husband Marc Anthony, the father of her twins. "Obviously we're going in the summer so they won't be in school at that time, so they're going to come with Mommy on tour," Lopez said. "I don't know how that's all going to work. This is my first time. They'll be on the bus with me. It'll be, you know, a learning experience, for both of us." "Luckily, there's always Grandma's house, if they get really tired and stir-crazy," she added. "They can go visit Grandma for a few days and then come back. I'm going to feel it out as I go but I can't be away from them for too long, so they'll be with me most of the time."

Anthony filed for divorce from Lopez in April. The two were married for seven years.

Smart has also worked as a choreographer for top singers such as Beyonce and for music-themed reality shows such as "So You Think You Can Dance." He and Lopez appear together in her steamy video for the single "Dance Again," which premiered in April.

Wisin Y Yandel, a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo, is also joining Lopez on tour, which will include stops in various U.S. and Canadian cities. It begins in Montreal on July 14 and runs through at least the end of August (see dates). The group and Lopez all appear in her new music video "Follow the Leader," which was choreographed by Smart.

Lopez said Jamie King will also work with her on her tour. He has directed concerts for the likes of Madonna, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and Rihanna. "I think it's going to be one of the most historic tours, ever, because I don't know that there's every been something like this, where these Latinos have come together like this, as family, international English and Spanish. It's very groundbreaking. I was honored to be asked to be a part of it."

Lopez said they are still discussing additional tour dates, which could take them beyond North America. "This is the first time that I've been on kind of a world tour, ever," she said. "I know that my fans have waited for a very, very long time and I want them to be 100 percent completely satisfied that they got their total money's worth."
