RedOne revealed that he is the executive producer of Lopez's upcoming eighth studio album. He described the album to MTV News as "very special" which would combine all of her genres, including "urban/hip-hop" along with "the dance, the rhythmic, the Latin".

The New York Post reports that J.Lo just sold a reality show to Oxygen based on Casper (JLo Star reported). Sources say it will follow him as he whips her other backup dancers into shape for the tour. He after all, was promoted by his girlfriend to be the head choreographer on her upcoming world tour. Oxygen has already picked it up as a series. The show is expected to focus solely on Jlo and Caspers professional relationship.

E! News confirms that the Oxygen network bought Jennifer Lopez's pitch for a reality show centered around the dancers on her tour, and yes, Casper Smart (and his bee-boy moves, we're sure).
But it's not all Casper all the time.
Smart is the supervising choreographer of the group, so he will be a huge part of the new reality series, but the series will focus on all the dancers as a whole and will show what goes into preparing for a tour. A tour with J.Lo, nonetheless.
A source tells us that Casper—who didn't even push for this to happen—is very excited about the new gig and that Lopez may or may not be appearing on the show, depending on her schedule.

“She’ll be performing her new single Follow the Leader,” a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “She’s been working hard for months on this. She’s super excited to perform it.”
Jennifer, who wrote the song with Jonas Saeed, Niclas Kings, Bloodline, Wisin Y, and Yandle, won over the Swedish producers.
“I am so blessed to have been working with Jennifer,” Saeed told RadarOnline.com. “She sounds amazing on the song and her performance will be out of this world.”
Luckily for the team — who have worked with Nicole Scherzinger and Kylie Minogue, among others — the mom to twins Max and Emme was no diva!
“She was super easy to work with,” Saeed divulged of the 42-year-old. “She really took her vocal performance to the next level. I’m so impressed!“Jennifer is the type of artist that any producer dreams of working with because you know she’s not only giving you the perfect vocals, she goes so much further, like learning pakour for the video. I mean who does that?!”Saeed said of J. Lo’s dedication to the French physical discipline, which focuses on efficient movement around obstacles which she perfected in the music video.
And Saeed knows Wednesday’s performance will not disappoint.
“It will be everything else than ordinary!” he gushed.
It's time to dance again UAE: JLo is coming to town! The singer will make her UAE debut in Dubai on November 22, organiser Done Events announced on Tuesday.
The pop star and American Idol judge kicks off her Dance Again world tour in Panama in June.
While the rest of her global tour dates are yet to be announced, Lopez is now locked in for her first ever Middle East performance.
"This is our first announcement. All other details including venue, ticket prices and capacity will be announced in the coming days," said Done Events COO Thomas Ovesen. "For now, we urge fans to register at a special website we have set up for pre-sale information."

Lopez was previously scheduled to perform in the emirate in 2006 but had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts with a TV show.
While Lopez, 42, will be joined by another Latin star Enrique Iglesias for parts of the North America tour, the Dubai performance will be a solo one. said Ovesen.
Meanwhile tabloid! can also reveal that Australian singer Gotye -- behind the hit song Somebody I Used To Know -- will perform in Dubai the day after JLo at World Trade Centre in a separate concert.
Lopez is currently in the news amidst speculation that she will be leaving hit reality show American Idol. With the finale of the show airing on Wednesday (Thursday 4am in the UAE), she is expected to make the announcement soon.
Besides her judging gig, the singer is also a producer on and stars, along with ex-husband Marc Anthony, in Latin talent hunt reality show Q'Viva!: The Chosen. Her hit single, Dance Again, featuring current flame and tour choreographer Casper Smart, is likely to be part of an unannounced album.
She has also recently signed on four new films. Her latest, the multi-starrer What to Expect When You're Expecting, is out in the UAE this week. To top it all, Lopez is also mother to four-year-old twins, and has said she would like to spend more time with them. The next round of Idol auditions are likely to clash with Lopez's schedule if she does decide to stay on.
Following Madonna's June 3 and 4 performances, Lopez is the second-iggest confirmed act to land on UAE shores this year.
After her hit album Love? last year, she is yet to confirm whether her single Dance Again will be part of a new album or an upcoming greatest hits album. She is scheduled to perform the song on the American Idol finale show.
