Jennifer Lopez Says She's "Messed Up" and "Bruised" from AMAs Fall Jennifer Lopez is bruised, but not broken, from falling on her famous backside during her "Louboutins" performance at the AMAs. On Thursday's Ellen Show, she admits to Ellen Degeneres that she's "messed up" from the fall, explaining that she has a "bruised bone." Although she doesn't specify which bone, the singer tells how the mishap went down. "One of the dancer's backs was slippery from sweat and lights and everything," she says of her bare-chested male crew. "We never bargained for that, because they always had t-shirts on in rehearsal. So they were barebacked, didn't have shirts on for the performance and when I stepped on their backs my feet got wet. So when I landed it just slipped from under me." Jennifer Lopez Sues Ex-Husband For $10 Million Jennifer Lopez has turned up the heat on her ex-husband's plans to release a satirical documentary about their short-lived marriage - she is suing her him for $10 million in damages. Ojani Noa, who was married to the actress/singer between 1997 and 1998, is preparing a documentary, entitled "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story". Due to a legally-binding settlement in which Noa agreed not to release any information about the former couple's time as husband and wife, Lopez's legal team issued a cease-and-desist missive demanding that he scrap all his plans for the film. However, Noa has laughed off the threats, insisting his movie is "100 per cent parody" and therefore does not breach the agreement the pair made in 2005. But Lopez doesn't find the situation amusing, and after hearing home movie footage from the pair's honeymoon would feature in the satire, she filed suit at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday (Nov6) claiming the terms of their settlement have been broken. Jennifer Lopez Fighting Ojani Noa's Second Film Jennifer Lopez is fighting the release of yet another home movie shot by her first husband Ojani Noa, which reportedly shows the star getting on the back of a motorcycle in a dress without underwear. He is under a legally-binding agreement not to reveal details of the couple's late 1990s union, but insisted last week the film does not breach the agreement because it is "a 100 per cent parody". The star is now fighting the release of an 11 hour tape featuring real-life footage that was shot by Noa - who now owns the copyright. According to the National Enquirer, scenes in the film include Lopez looking at her figure in the mirror wearing a bra and panties, and another of the star in a heated argument with her mother Guadalupe Filmmaker Ed Meyer, Noa's partner in the business venture, tells the tabloid, "J.Lo doesn't want her fans to see these videotapes because they show she's not the person you think she is... these tapes show how she was in love with Ojani and what a wonderful sex life they had together." Lopez's attorneys have already successfully blocked Noa's plans to release a tell-all book about his courtship and one-year marriage to the pop star. 10 Actresses Who Aren't Hot Any More Kate Hudson is one of many former highly paid actresses who are fighting for roles – and facing stiff competition in a tough economy. Annual surveys from Forbes.com, the Hollywood Reporter and PopSugar.com show that Hudson and other actresses like Jennifer Lopez and Lindsay Lohan are making less money, with fewer jobs on the horizon. Hudson made the top 20 in Pop Sugar's popularity list, mostly because of her public romances with Lance Armstrong, Owen Wilson and Alex Rodriguez. But when it comes to money, there's little room at the top for women in Hollywood and lots of competition. The current "power actresses" on the Hollywood scene are Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock, Reese Witherspoon, Kate Winslet and Beyonce. There were only 10 actresses on the Forbes.com Top 100 Celebrity Income list. Drew Barrymore, Nicole Kidman, Sarah Jessica Parker and Cameron Diaz made that list because they also produce movies and share in their profits. Rising stars Anne Hathaway and Katherine Heigl made the Forbes list and command Hudson's former salary of $7 million per movie. Hathaway was paid $5 million to star in “Bride Wars” with Hudson, but now commands about $8 million per film. The Pop Sugar 100 shows which younger stars have breakthrough potential. Witherspoon is second on that list and she now commands about $15 million per movie. Jennifer Garner, Tina Fey and Natalie Portman also rank high on the Pop Sugar list . Here is a short list of actresses likely to take pay cuts in the near future. 1. Kate Hudson. Hudson has three movies in development, but her last picture, “My Best Friend's Girl,” bombed badly. It made only grossed $19 million, despite Hudson's $7 million salary, in a big embarrassment for Lionsgate. 2. Jessica Alba. Co-starring with Hudson in an upcoming film and needs a hit. 3. Lindsay Lohan. Most recent movie was for The Disney Channel. 4. Jennifer Lopez. Once got $12 million a movie. Those days are long gone. 5. Paris Hilton. Failed in several brief attempts as an actress. 6. Jessica Simpson. Seemingly out of options, hosting own reality TV show. 7. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz. Just got killed off on “Melrose Place.” 8. Jennifer Lopez Says Kids Helped Her Acting Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony sat down with Extra to talk about their kids and their recent move to Miami. Jennifer shared that she's gotten "infinitely" better at acting since her twins, Max and Emme, were born. "I've played a mom, and I've had kids in movies before, but now you understand it in a different way, The trick to acting is actually not to act. That's the trick -- now I don't have to act. Now I can just be, and it makes it better." She thinks it's also helped her become a better singer and really changed her in a lot of ways! Jennifer Lopez to Sing New Single 'Louboutins' at 2009 AMAs Jennifer Lopez has a sixth studio album "Love?" coming out next year. As an advance of the effort, a lead single called "Louboutins" will be sent to radios next month and will be showcased live at 2009 American Music Awards on November 22. "Louboutins" reportedly is produced by Christopher "Tricky" Stewart and written by The-Dream. The song actually was meant to be recorded for Brandy's forthcoming release. Following Brandy's exit from Epic Records, it was handed over to J-Lo. Jennifer Lopez is expected to release "Love?" on January 25, 2010. A promotional single called "Fresh Out the Oven" has been unveiled earlier this month. Coming from production hands of The Neptunes, the dance track has Pitbull lending his vocal on the lines.
